Welcome to Stronger-Bodies

My name is Ghazal. I'm a qualified Pre Post Natal & Level3 Personal Trainer. Exercise has always been a part of my life and I truly love to help and teach others about the benefits of exercise. Our body's can do some amazing things if we set our mind to it. We have around 600 muscles in our body and our heart is the strongest muscle, so it's important to keep our muscles active and strong as we get older. Not only does increased muscle mass and strenght training reduce frailty and weakness, it also improves our bone and joint health.

 

I truly love weight training as this helps maintain/build muscle mass, make us strong and transform our bodies - if done right!
