My name is Ghazal. I'm a Level 3 REPS qualified Personal Trainer. Exercise has always been a part of my life and I truly love to help and teach others about the benefits of exercise. Our body's can do some amazing things if we set your mind to it. We have around 600 muscles in our body and our heart is the strongest muscle, so it's important to keep our muscles active and strong as we get older. Not only does increased muscle mass and strenght training reduce frailty and weakness, it also improves our bone and joint health.
I offer outdoor Group Classes which are a mix of Strenght and HIIT. I like to mix Hiit with Strenght as it works our cardiovascular and muscloskeletal system. My Group Classes are great if you are someone who likes the social part of training in a group and getting motivation from other clients. If you prefer to have a private 1-2-1 session we will have a free consultation to talk about your goals, how I can help you achieve them and you'll get a tailormade program just for you.
My classes are suitable for everyone with options for beginners, medium
and/or advanced individuals. Everybody is welcome.
